I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I know that adapting new fitness and food habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Together we analyze your current needs and create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We can create an individual program with specific workouts planned each week, a meal plan and calorie target. You can train on my app and/or schedule personal training sessions.
