      Not only has she helped me lose weight through personalized workouts (I can't stress enough how personalized her exercises for each person she trains are!!), but I have also gained mobility in my knee that I had basically resigned to never to see again!

     Sharon Fricker has been my personal trainer since February 2022. During that time, I have benefited from Sharon’s personal training expertise and experience as she taught me how to work out efficiently, properly, and how to balance my diet. As a result, I have already lost 24 pounds and counting.

    Sharon’s training sessions adapt to what her clients' short and long-term goals are. For example, I have done HIIT workouts, strength training, conditioning and recovery workouts that include yoga. One of the reasons that I knew Sharon was the right personal trainer for me was because I had a sports injury and Sharon knew how to help strengthen that injured area.

    I appreciate the fact that Sharon is accommodating with her time and schedule. If you are someone who is worried about not having enough time in your day, Sharon will work with you. Sharon is passionate about what she does and the clients that she works with. I know that I would have never achieved my current level of fitness and wellness if it not for the personal attention given in my training sessions with Sharon. I know that my best is still in front of me and that is because Sharon will help me get there. I’m also looking forward to learning how to maintain the goals that will soon be achieved. Thank you Sharon.
